As our customer, we will provide you with multiple solutions to your plumbing problem and continue with the job as you instruct. Plumbing is not merely a job to our plumbers; we are licensed career professionals and will make this apparent to you immediately.
When you call Bill's Plumbing our friendly office staff will give you a two-hour window of time in which the technician will arrive at your home; we will also offer to call you fifteen minutes ahead of time if you should need a closer time frame. Of course, if an emergency arises special arrangements will be made. Arriving on time and keeping you informed is of the utmost importance.

Bill's Plumbing strives to keep our work area clean and free of debris. Our technicians carry shoe covers, we remove objects/materials from the workspace and lay floor covering (plastic / drop cloth) down over our work area. We take great care to ensure your home or business is as clean when we leave as it was when we arrived.
